Quality milling, okay communication

I sent in my M&P slide for an optic cut and some custom side serrations. The machining work is top-notch; everything is perfectly aligned, and the serrations provide a much better grip. Shipping my slide to them was straightforward, and they confirmed receipt promptly. The lead time was within their stated estimate, around 2.5 weeks, which is decent for custom work. I did have to reach out twice for an update during the process, and responses were a bit slow at times, but always helpful once they got back to me. The reassembly service was a nice touch, made getting my pistol back together easy. Price was fair for the quality I received.

Good RMR cut, slow shipping

I ordered an RMR cut for my Glock 19. The milling itself was very clean and precise, fit my optic perfectly. The lead time was a bit longer than I expected, took about 3 weeks from when they received my slide. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the status. Overall, happy with the quality, but shipping could be quicker.

My Sig P320 slide came back looking fantastic with the Holosun cut and a new cerakote finish! The work is super clean, and my optic mounted up without any issues. Yep, they definitely have one. Check their site, usually it's applied during checkout or you gotta email them beforehand for a code.

Both are good, but I've been happy with Slideworks. Their pricing is usually better for similar work, and the tolerances on my Holosun cut were spot on.

Mine's been fine for over a year now, no real issues with wear. I don't recall seeing anything specific about a warranty on it though.

I think they do have some kind of warranty on their cerakote work, or at least they stand by it. Haven't had to use it myself, but I remember seeing it mentioned in their FAQs about finish durability.

Pretty sure they don't, usually US-only for these kinds of services because of ITAR stuff. You'd have to check their shipping policy directly though.

I highly doubt it for actual slides. They might ship small parts, but sending firearm components across borders for machining is super complicated. Most places just won't do it.

Mine took about 3 weeks for an optic cut and cerakote, but that was a few months ago. It can vary a lot.

It really depends. I'd check their website, they usually have an updated lead time posted somewhere. Mine was pretty quick though, maybe two weeks for just an optic cut.
